There are so many diets to choose from it just becomes impossible to decide. I guess this is the 'paradox of choice' that clever people speak about!
My tip is to just cut out sugar. Then cut out deep fried foods. Then cut out take-aways. If you can do all 3 of those, I pretty much guarantee you will look and feel better.
If you are still struggling, then look to cut out alcohol, and reduce portion sizes.
